Brown Rice Pizza with Venison, Mushrooms & Green Onions
I was trying to figure out what to do for tonight's dinner. I had a ton of left over brown rice and some mozzarella cheese that needed to be used. I Googled rice pizza and all the recipes seemed to be about the same. This is what I ended up using:
3 C Brown Rice
2 C Shredded Mozzarella & White Cheddar Cheese
2 Eggs
Combine ingredients well and place on greased baking surface. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 to set crust.
(I will try longer next time, or a thinner crust - it was not the kind of crust you can pick up, we had to eat with a fork). After crust sets put on your pizza sauce, cheese and other toppings. Put back in oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on how well you like your cheese melted and how you like your crust.
