One thing she doesn't mention is how many buns you'll be making, I counted 41, so depends upon the thickness you like and the diameter you use (I used what she recommended - wide mouth mason jar ring).
Plus, it took me more time than she suggested, just because I have so many distractions in my home. These turned out wonderful! I've used them for sandwiches, toast and rolls, I haven't actually used them for hamburgers yet!

I remember my mom making these when I was little, but I've never tried it myself. I definitely don't use 41 at one time! But I'm sure you can freeze them. Then it'd be nice to pull a few out of the freezer. Looks good!
