Mike's Uniform, Badge & Pin

OK, this is the BIGGEST smile I've ever seen on Mike's face, he finally recieved his pin and certificate for Fire Fighter I. He's going to take it to the next level and attend a full week's class, taking time off work, to earn his Fire Fighter II Level in mid-October.

Fire Day with Daddy

Back about a week ago the Fire Department had a little deal set up at Fred Meyer's in the parking lot, showing off an Ambulance, Engine and Utility Truck. The kids were allowed to sit in the vehicles and check things out and watch the 'Jaws of Life' crush soda cans. Enjoy the pictures!

Late Father's Day Cookie Bake

Well, since we were at the hospital during Father's Day, I didn't get my chance to bake cookies with the boys, Michael Jr. and Connor, like I was planning, so here's some pics of the boys making cookies for Mike.

p.s. the aprons the boys are wearing were made by Mike's mom, so adorable!

A few more twin pictures

Wow, I can't believe it's been a whole month since my last post. I guess I've been busy. LOL.

Seriously, though, I guess it's good that I even found time to post anything at all.

Things are going well with the new ones, Christian and Sophia, and they are sleeping relatively well these days at just 1 1/2 months, giving us 4 to 5 hours at night of uninterrupted sleep. Things are starting to become normal again, as normal as things can get in a home with four children!

I am hoping that I can at least balance my checkbook this morning before everyone wakes up. Hah!

I just wanted to take a quick moment to post a few more pictures of the 'Birth Day.

We had three appointments today with the twins, first was the lactation appointment and the babies are gaining weight, Sophia is back up to her birth weight: 6 lbs 8oz, and Christian is past his birth weight: 6 lbs 2.8 oz. The second appointment was Christian's circumcision and the third appointment was picking up a loaner breast pump since mine was starting to go on me!
